To support you throughout your rental, an assistant and her partner are always dedicated to you and provide a telephone hotline to be as responsive as possible to your request.
It is then our HOTLINE which provides telephone assistance 6 days a week at +33(0)3 20 95 51 99 Please note that 100% of our Hotline technicians are dedicated exclusively to our refrigerated display cases. They are refrigeration experts with in-depth knowledge of our refrigerated furniture.
If the problem is not resolved by telephone, thanks to our network of 12 agencies in Europe, we are able to intervene very quickly during the day.
We guarantee the intervention of a technician on site within 2 hours to 24 hours maximum within a radius of 100 km around our agencies thanks to our intervention vehicles. After-sales service is provided in full by us.
Each agency is equipped with several intervention vehicles equipped with the specific tools necessary for first-level interventions (diagnostics and repairs), as well as a stock of parts dedicated to this type of intervention.
If necessary and if the problem persists, an exchange of the refrigerated display case will be carried out within 24 to 48 hours.
