To support you throughout your rental, an assistant and her partner are always dedicated to you and provide a hotline to be as responsive as possible with regard to your request.

Note that 100% of our Hotline technicians are dedicated exclusively to our refrigerated display cases. They are cold experts with in-depth knowledge of our refrigeration units.
If the problem is not resolved by phone, thanks to our network of 12 agencies in Europe, we are able to intervene very quickly during the day.
We guarantee the intervention of a technician on site within 2 hours to 24 hours maximum within a radius of 100 km around our agencies thanks to our intervention vehicles. After-sales service is provided by us in full.
Each agency is equipped with several intervention vehicles equipped with the specific tools necessary for first level interventions (diagnostics and repairs), as well as a stock of parts dedicated to this type of intervention.
If necessary and if the problem persists, an exchange of the refrigerated display will be made within 24 to 48 hours.
